I’m a proud PhD dropout. I’m a nerd at heart, but this was the best pivot of my life.

I won a poetry contest in 7th grade. Not so coincidentally, the poem was on perspective shifts. I’ve been obsessed with human behavior for as long as I can remember.
I struggled with OCD for 12 years until I learned tools for dealing with uncertainty, cultivated a deep sense of resilience, and embraced compassion. Now, I manage it with far less effort. I believe the best mental health conversations start with mental well-being.
