Mental health is far too often reactionary. It’s something we only pay attention to once something is wrong. It leads us down a path of feeling like we need to fix ourselves.
That’s one of the reasons, wellness is such an important concept here—it brings everyone to the party. Mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness is critical for every human, and much better paid attention to proactively.
